Section 1. In executive order no. 40 of 5 April 2017 from the Faroese Maritime Authority on the construction and equipment etc. of passenger ships engaged on domestic voyages (Notice D) the following amendments shall be made:

See amendments in enclosed annex 1 and 2 to this executive order.

Section 2. This executive order shall enter into force on 15 July 2018.
